Or rather I've been sitting in some serious distraction over the last couple of weeks and it finally dawned on me why.
I needed to know what it felt like to be stuck between knowing better and doing better. That space where you're nearly done integrating information but haven't started to apply it just yet.
I've had all the pieces, I just couldn't figure out how they went together and, if I'm honest, I'm still putting the finishing touches on it. I have been awake since 12:30 am working out the details and at 2 am I finally got my butt out of bed.
